Re: Stakeholder Comments on Strawdog Draft – Revised MSA Investigation Procedures

On February 6, 2008 the MSA notified stakeholders that it had commenced a Stakeholder Consultation Process in relation to revised MSA Investigation Procedures being contemplated by the MSA.  At that time the MSA published a ‘Strawdog’ draft upon which interested parties were invited to provide comment.

On February 25, 2008, in accordance with its Stakeholder Consultation Process, the MSA published the comments received on the Strawdog draft. 

Having considered the comments received from stakeholders, the MSA is now publishing its revised Draft MSA Investigation Procedures as well as a formal response to the comments on the Strawdog draft (Appendix A to this Notice).

Draft MSA Investigation Procedures

In accordance with the Project Schedule, interested parties are invited to provide their comments on the Draft MSA Investigation Procedures by March 19, 2008.  

The Project Schedule for the Stakeholder Consultation Process will be set out at each stage, and will be updated as applicable.  For clarity, the process is currently in the ‘Draft’ stage (see attached Project Schedule).
