Applications
Under the Code of Conduct Regulation AR160/2003 market participants may request exemption from any or all provisions of that regulation. To do so they must make an exemption 'application' to the MSA, and the MSA will then conduct a form of hearing to deal with the request. All applications and related materials are included in this section.
