Consistent with the mandate of the MSA and a desire to help ensure the fair, efficient and openly competitive operation of the market, we prepare and publish the Market Monitor at the beginning of each week. The Market Monitor complements our other regular publications, the Daily Snapshot and the Quarterly Report.
